★ Orders are packaged and dispatched once every 7-10 days

 If your order has both preorder and in-stock items, it will ship in one package based on the estimated dispatch date indicated in the description of the preorder item. Order them separately if you want the in-stock items to be shipped out first

DELIVERY 

★ Shipping to Germany is not available yet but I will try to make it available before June! 
★ All orders are shipped from Spain with "Correos España"

Please double-check your address before confirming the order.

★ Average delivery time:

Spain: 2-10 business days
Europe: 4-20 business days
International: 2 - 10 weeks

★ Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and it really depends on the efficiency of your local post service

★ "Standard Shipping" does NOT include tracking number, if the whereabouts of your package is a concern, please choose "Tracked Shipping"

★ Buyers are responsible of any additional taxes, fees, customs, and/or VAT required upon receiving the items.

RETURNS/DAMAGED/LOST

★All sales are final and I do not accept returns.

★ Please be aware that if the order was made without tracking, I will not be able to help. Once the package is handed to the post office, what happens in transit is beyond my control and I cannot be held liable for any lost untracked mail.
Delivery issues should be reported to your local postal service.

★ If you received damaged items or if I made a mistake with your order, please contact me with your order number and photos of the issue, and I will do my best to help you!
